Description

In der Veranstaltung werden Aufgaben im Lehrberuf und die Anforderungen an die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften betrachtet - egal ob in Schule oder Musikschule. Die Studierenden erhalten die Möglichkeit zu reflektieren, wie sich eine professionelles Lehrendenhandeln in Bezug auf (Musik-)Schule und ihre Organisationsform darstellt und wie sie eigene Fähigkeiten, z.B. durch Selbstreflexion, kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln können.
